The vehicle-mounted system fits 6″ relined to 48″ and larger mainlines and includes a crawler, HD camera, and 1200′ cable reel. The critical element of any sewer inspection is the quality of the video captured. The compact Voyager™ HD 1080p WiperCam Camera delivers unmatched clarity, ensuring no detail is missed. With pan and tilt plus 120x zoom, operators can easily hone in on pipe conditions.

All Aries equipment is developed to maximize uptime. The Voyager™ HD System is no exception. It leverages Aries in-the-pipe lens cleaning technology so there is no need to retrieve the tractor when debris clouds the lens. The camera head simply rotates across a scraper to clear the lens, keeping the view clear and crews working in the pipe.

Rugged Crawler Stands Up to Punishing Conditions

Given the punishing environment underground, the rugged Voyager™ HD transporter is built to withstand the rigors of sewer inspections. It powers through debris and easily navigate obstacles. With all-wheel drive and instant response, operators have complete control. The system adapts to a wide range of pipe sizes and materials through multiple wheel configurations and integral lift. Like the WiperCam inspection camera, the system’s rear-view camera is also HD, providing a clear view whether the tractor is coming or going!

The Voyager™ HD Mainline Inspection System was designed to be easy to use, including its controls. Every element is operated with a single, ergonomically advanced joystick controller. The digital CANbus functionality delivers instantaneous crawler and camera response, while the handheld pendant allows for operation right at the manhole. Operators also stay on top of system conditions with real-time diagnostic monitoring alerts. To further maximize uptime the reel has 1200’ of cable to minimize set ups.
