Aries Industries Named a 2025 Top Workplace

Aries named top workplaceWe’re excited to announce that Aries Industries has been recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace—a meaningful honor that reflects the strong, supportive culture we’ve built together over the past 40 years.

What makes this recognition so special? It’s entirely based on feedback from our employees, gathered through a third-party survey. The results measure several aspects of workplace culture—things like alignment, execution, and connection—that define what it truly means to be a great place to work.

“This recognition is a direct result of the amazing team we have at Aries,” said CEO Larry Brown. “It reinforces our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.”

“Ensuring our employees feel respected and supported is a strong value of ours,” said Elisa Miller, HR Manager at Aries Industries. “People may come to Aries because we make innovative and intriguing robots and cameras, but they remain with us because they enjoy who they work with, our culture, and the ability to make a difference each day for our customers and make our communities safer.”

As we celebrate our 40th anniversary this year, this award feels especially meaningful. Since our founding in 1985 in Waukesha, Wisconsin, we’ve grown from a small operation with a big idea to an industry leader in pipeline video inspection and rehabilitation equipment. And at the heart of it all has been our team—the people who bring our mission to life every day.

Built on Partnership

At Aries, we live our PARTNERSHIP culture—a set of core values that guide how we work with each other, our customers, and our dealer network. It’s about more than getting the job done—it’s about doing it with collaboration, integrity, and a shared commitment to excellence.

That culture is a big reason why people stay and grow their careers here. We prioritize internal promotion, cross-functional teamwork, and opportunities to learn and lead. It’s this kind of environment that helped us earn the Top Workplace honor—and it’s something we’re deeply proud of.

As Larry Brown put it, “We are honored to receive the Top Workplaces award. It validates the strength of our culture and the dedication of our employees. We will continue to invest in our people as we build for the future.”
